#latepost but Prom pictures came in! Well I just want to make this an appreciation post to my loves @rolls_roice because through everything at prom he managed to do so much for me and I didn’t really get to say thank you and as of right now, I don’t even thank him enough for doing so much for me. I feel bad… He tries so hard just to make things perfect for me and he does everything he can to keep me happy and yet here I am with reactions that suck where I can’t even show him that I appreciate him the way he expects when I see him. I just wanted to put him on blast just because I want to him and everyone to know that I’m am super blessed to have him in my life and for everything he has done for me. It’s been almost 9 months and he’s still staying strong, managing this distance and everything; especially dealing with me (if you know me I’m more than a handful to care for). We don’t always understand God’s methods. His ways don’t always make sense to us, but we have to realize that God sees the big picture. Consider this possibility: You may be ready for what God has for you, but somebody else who is going to be involved is not ready yet. God has to do a work in another person or another situation before your prayer can be answered according to God’s will for your life. All the pieces have to come together for it to be God’s perfect time.
But never fear; God is getting everything lined up in your life. You may not feel it; you may not see it. Your situation may look just like it did for the past ten years, but then one day, in a split second of time, God will bring it all together. When it is God’s timing, all the forces of darkness can’t stop Him. When it’s your due season, God will bring it to pass.
You must learn to trust God’s timing. You can be sure that right now, God is arranging all the pieces to come together to work out His plan for your life. He has been working in your favor long before you encountered the problem. Don’t grow impatient and try to force doors open. Don’t try to make t
One thing I’m proud of right now with my relationship with Roice is that we’re honestly so free. Everything with him has been such a blessing. From those denial days, cute moments, friendships, the brother and sisterly love through Christ, our prayerful moments, even to our stupid fights. It’s honestly one of the greatest feelings ever being with this guy. The fact that with him I feel like I’m with Him. The freedom we get from my parents, from his parents, from ourselves, our lives, and our faith just makes our relationship a true journey. On the way to Bdubz when he was dropping me off, I kinda just watched him drive and just thanked God to have him. That moment felt so relieving and free that I just felt like it was enough to fulfill the empty moments of loneliness when he’s not around.
Long distance is pretty tough but honestly it just makes every bit of seeing each other perfect.
Summer is rolling around the corner pretty quickly and I cannot wait to see how summer treats us. Will we become super adventurous? Will he come to me with surprises? Will we have moments just to be together that when summer ends and school gets back we will highly long for another break? I honesty just cannot wait.
There’s just so much to our relationship that, I’d literately be miserable if he ever left. So I shall admit I have became attached to him, but honestly it’s not just him I’m attached to but our lifestyle together as a couple because we’ve gone through so much and we’ve done “first timer” things together and introduced each other to new things. This relationship just makes me feel so in love. It makes me happy. I’ve learned to grow and love in myself within establishing an “us”.
